Data-Driven Marketer. Writer. Sports Fan. Wanna-be Racecar Driver

Where It All Started

A writer from a young age, Kraig spent his elementary school years producing biographies of famous athletes that he would read aloud to his classmates or compiling statistical information on his favorite basketball players.

In the Early Days

In high school, Kraig served as his school’s basketball manager and once aspired to replace Roy Williams as the head men’s basketball coach at the University of North Carolina, but his path shifted. After college, he used his skills in writing and media relations to support public relations efforts at Talladega Superspeedway. Following his time at Talladega, Kraig worked in college athletics communications for three years before spending four years in marketing and communications for two Georgia-based independent schools.

What He Brings to the Table

Kraig is obsessed with digital marketing and media relations. He has secured placements with ESPN, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, and FOX 5’s Good Day Atlanta. He thrives on building high-performing landing pages and managing Google and Meta ad campaigns for schools. Nothing beats seeing a campaign exceed benchmarks.

What Gets Him Up in the Morning

Kraig believes that every child should have access to a quality education. He is passionate about using his platform to ensure all children have mentors and resources that allow them to succeed.

In His Spare Time

Kraig is an avid sports fan and quickly learned that growing up in Atlanta is not for the faint of heart. When he’s not building campaigns or pitching stories, he enjoys watching the Braves, Falcons, Orioles, Tar Heels, and NASCAR races. He is an adrenaline junkie who never turns down a chance to drive a Corvette or Ferrari on a racetrack and believes every great adventure should be paired with a burger or barbecue sandwich.

Kraig earned his bachelor’s degree in Sport Studies from Reinhardt University and a master’s degree in Sport Education from Gardner-Webb University.
